Outback Steakhouse
Bianca Silva hails from Brazil. But when she discovered Canton, she fell in love with the city. “It’s a beautiful city, full of life,” she says. While the Outback Steakhouse Canton location has been open since 1992, Bianca recently took over as the new owner as well as Managing Partner, and when you visit, you’ll see she’s truly found her calling. “I absolutely love to serve people. It is what I was made for.” Her mindset clearly translates to the staff at Outback, taking pride in customer service and ensuring each guest feels at home. The restaurant’s slogan, “Your favorite place to eat, drink, relax and be with friends,” has never felt more true.
While Outback’s famed Bloomin’ Onion remains a perennial favorite, Bianca encourages you to stop in and try some of the latest offerings. “We have a new lavender lemonade — a perfect drink for spring,” she notes.
Visit Outback Steakhouse on Ford Road — if you’re not yet familiar with its location, you’ll find it in the Red Block near Hobby Lobby kitty-corner from the IKEA store.
